"Be your strong self and enjoy the life you have been given!"
Burnout expert Tanja Haag
Hi, I'm Tanja Haag, your burnout expert. My journey began twelve years ago when I went through the turmoil of burnout myself. But I came out stronger, and since then it's been my mission to help others reach their full potential without burning out.
My passion for coaching started early. I started as an exercise instructor at the age of 14 and found my calling in supporting and empowering people. Since 2020, I have also been working as a burnout coach and have turned my hobby into my profession.
Through my personal experience and my training as a psychological counselor, I have developed the STARK against burnout formula. This is based on a holistic approach that includes my own experiences, conversations with those affected and theoretical knowledge.
In my talks and workshops, I not only share my specialist knowledge, but also my open and honest manner. I respond to each participant individually and support them empathetically on their path to a fulfilled life.
Why am I an expert on burnout? Not only because I have gone through this process myself, but also because of my training and continuous development in this field.
My work is informed by a deep understanding of the challenges we face in modern working life. Yet I firmly believe that it is possible to live a fulfilling life without burning yourself out. Let me help you find the path that is right for you.
My storry
I like my work. My first job took me to a new city, even a new country. As the first female sales engineer in my company, I faced some challenges, but I loved the work. I managed large customer projects, traveled around the world and led customer training sessions.
But at some point I realized that I was defining myself through my job and forgetting that there was more to life than that. When my body finally sounded the alarm and I felt compelled to shift down a gear, my journey back to myself began.
I learned that it's important not to let your job define you and that it's okay to say no. With small changes in my life, I found my way back to a healthy work-life balance.
My journey wasn't easy, but it has made me who I am today: a woman who loves her work, but also knows how important it is to take time for herself. If you find yourself in a similar situation, don't hesitate to seek help. Because sometimes it's just all too much or too little.

In my point of view Life Coaching is all about your challenges in life. Whether to balance your life the way it is good for you, coping with stress or facing changes – these are all topics I am happy to support you with!
There are many reasons why I chose to offer my services online.
Here are the three most important ones:
- In addition to all the daily tasks, I wanted to save you from having to drive to a life coach
- You should feel as comfortable as possible during our sessions.
- Professional and private travels should not get in the way of our conversations.
To these good reasons I now add Corona. In my work at the children’s and youth telephone it becomes clear to me again and again, that just now such an offer is very important.
