Day 1
- What is burnout?
First, participants learn the World Health Organization’s definition of burnout and the extent to which the Occupational Health and Safety Act also serves as a legal basis for working on mental health.They will also learn how burnout and stress arise, as this is the basis for the manager’s options for action. - Recognizing burnout
As burnout is different for everyone, the second part of the day provides an overview of the possible physical and emotional symptoms, as well as those that can be recognized in work attitude and performance. - Options for action in the event of incipient burnout
Now it’s really about getting to know possible courses of action and consolidating these in role plays. - Preventive measures
At the end of the first day, some measures are discussed, such as showing appreciation, which managers can use to prevent burnout.

The second day offers the opportunity to address real examples from everyday life and to discuss them in a - peer group exchange
