Burnout Coaching supports you in two ways, one to prevent a burnout (again) and the other to help you get out of it. In both cases I, as your burn-out coach, will be at your side along the way, providing you with the right techniques, questions and support. If you are exhausted this is your go to person.
Burnout Coaching means I will ask you many questions to help you achieve your goals and go your way. This also means that your well-being is in focus for me, even if you are more concerned about others. It is a time in which it is only about you. In which you can find out what is good for you! In which you can talk openly with me about worries, fears and desires. Because everything you entrust to me remains only between the two of us.
