Stronger against burn-out

Burnout prevention is an important strategy to prevent stress and exhaustion. One burnout prevention strategy utilizes the STRONG formula, which I developed, to help people make healthy choices regarding their emotional and psychological well-being.

Get to know the STRONG formula! It helps you to make yourself STRONG against Burnout!

We will start the workshop with a brief explanation of what the Unger and Kleinschmidt Spiral of Exhaustion is and where you are in it. Then we will find out what exactly it is that is too much for you. Are there certain issues or are there just too many balls you are holding in the air. Because only if you know what triggers this uncomfortable feeling, you can develop strategies to avoid it! And this is where the second important point comes in. Who or what do you have in your environment? Which possible strategies work for you? Use these 6 hours to work intensively on yourself.

 Workshop price: 449€

You would rather make yourself STRONG against Burnout in a 1:1? No problem. You can do it in only 3 months. In the 1:1 package, in addition to the initial consultation, there are 7 additional 60-minute appointments for you. We make every 2 weeks an appointment, so that you are in 3 months sustainably STRONG against Burnout! Best of all, you can start whenever you want!

You like the format but would like to do it in a private group at your company or club. Please contact me and we will together shape the format to your group.
