Burnout prevention is an important strategy to prevent stress and exhaustion. One burnout prevention strategy utilizes the STRONG formula, which I developed, to help people make healthy choices regarding their emotional and psychological well-being.

We start the workshop with a brief explanation of what the exhaustion spiral according to Unger and Kleinschmidt is and where you currently find yourself. Then we will find out what exactly it is that is getting too much for you. Are there certain issues or are there simply too many balls in the air? Because only if you know what triggers this uncomfortable feeling in you can you develop strategies to avoid it! And this is where the second important point comes in. Who or what do you have in your environment? What possible strategies work for you?
