Stronger against burn-out

We start the afternoon with a short explanation of what the Unger and Kleinschmidt exhaustion spiral is and where you are right now. Then we will find out what exactly it is that is too much for you. Are there certain issues or are there just too many balls you are holding up. Because ,only if you know what triggers this uncomfortable feeling in you, you can develop strategies to avoid it! And this is where the second important part comes in. Who or what do you have in your environment? Which possible strategies work for you?
